Baked Asparagus with Parmesan and Infused Garlic Olive Oil


-1 pound asparagus
-2 Tbsp Tastefully Olive Infused Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Salt and black pepper to taste
-1/2 cup loosely packed (about 1.5 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese,  or to taste


  1.  Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). 
  2. Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. Arrange the asparagus spears on a foil-lined baking sheet and coat with the garlic-infused olive oil. 
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  5. Bake until the cheese begins to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
