This beautiful fruit produces a unique characteristics compared to our Koroneiki Olive Oil. This fruit has a perfectly balanced of fruitiness, bitterness and pepperiness. Its aroma is characterized by a vibrant green olive fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato plant, artichoke and green almond, as well as hints of wild plants.
