Champagne White Balsamic Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce champagne white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda
- Ice

Instructions:
