Instruction

  1. In a large pan, sear shrimp in 3 tablespoons Kosterina Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil until cooked through, 5-6 mins. Season with salt & pepper. Cool & chop.
  2. In a large bowl, mix seared shrimp, cucumbers, radishes, olives, parsley, lemon zest & juice, cumin, cayenne, onion powder & 3 tablespoons Tastefully Olive Koroneiki Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Garnish with parsley

  • Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
