Ingredients
- 1 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 oz tequila1 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz Tastefully Olive Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt and lemon zest for the salt rim (optional)Cucumber slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1Â To make the cucumber juice, add the chopped cucumber to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if needed to thin out the mixture. Strain the juice through a mesh sieve and set aside.2Â To a shaker, add ice, tequila, triple sec, Tastefully Olive Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of the cucumber juice. Shake well until combined.3Â Pour salt and a sprinkle of lemon zest onto a small plate and rim a glass with the lemon salt.4Â Fill the glass with ice and pour the margarita mixture on top.
