Enjoy your delicious and sophisticated Ultimate Olive Oil Cupcake!

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup Tastefully Olive Blood Orange
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk

For the Balsamic Buttercream frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Tastefully Olive balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, mix the olive oil and sugar until fully incorporated.
4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.
5. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until completely blended.
6. Mix in half of the flour mixture, followed by half of the milk. Mix well, and then repeat with the remaining flour mixture and milk.
7. Once the batter is fully mixed, spoon it into the cupcake liners, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of a cupcake. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.

For the Balsamic Buttercream frosting:
1. Beat the butter with an electric mixer until it becomes smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing well before each addition.
3. Add in the balsamic vinegar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until the frosting is light and fluffy.
4. Once the cupcakes have cooled, spoon the buttercream frosting into a piping bag and pipe onto each cupcake.
5. Garnish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top, raspberries, or any other desired topping.
