• ow do I place a wholesale order through Faire Direct?

  Click the "Order on Faire" button on this page. You'll be taken directly to our Faire storefront where you can browse our full wholesale catalog, select quantities, and check out. If you don't have a Faire account, you can create one for free.

• Do I need a Faire account to order?

  Yes, a free Faire retailer account is required to place orders through Faire Direct. Signing up takes just a few minutes and gives you access to net-60 terms and free freight on your first order with us.

• What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

  Through Faire, approved retailers receive net-60 payment terms — meaning you have 60 days from the ship date to pay. Faire manages payment processing and financing directly.

• Is there a minimum order requirement?

  Yes, we require a minimum opening order of 150.00. Reorders have same minimum. Exact minimums are listed on our Faire storefront.

• How long does fulfillment take?

  Most orders ship within 4–6 business days. Lead times may vary during peak seasons. You'll receive tracking information via Faire once your order ships.

• Can I return products?

  Faire offers free returns on your first order with any new brand, including Tastefully Olive. For subsequent orders, please reach out to us directly to discuss any issues.

• Is it better to order directly with you than through Faire?

  It depends on your priorities. Ordering directly with us through the Faire Direct link on this page avoids us having to pay large fees via Faires program. — Due to the fee structure we are not easily able to pass along savings since there's a potential Faire commission factored into the pricing. If you reach out to us to invoice you directly outside of Faire, you'll also get our best pricing, but we're unable to offer net terms or free shipping (unless we're running a promotion). If you're a Faire Plus member and value net-60 terms or free freight, using our Faire Direct link is likely your best option.
