Tastefully Olive Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The Tastefully Olive Rewards Program ("Program") is a customer loyalty program operated by Tastefully Olive ("we," "us," or "our") through tastefullyolive.com. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you ("Member") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Tastefully Olive customer account. The Program is available to residents of the United States. Employees of Tastefully Olive and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment

Membership is free. You may enroll by creating an account at tastefullyolive.com. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at our discretion.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned as follows:

Purchases: 1 point per $1.00 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). Subscription orders earn 2 points per $1.00 spent.
Newsletter signup: 100 points (one-time)
Write a product review: 100 points per approved review
Follow on Instagram: 100 points (one-time lifetime reward)
Follow on TikTok: 100 points (one-time lifetime reward)
Birthday reward: 200 points (once per calendar year; requires birthdate on file)
Referrals: Points awarded when a referred friend completes a qualifying purchase

Points are credited to your account after an order is fulfilled and the return window has passed. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust point values at any time with reasonable notice.

4. VIP Tiers

Members are assigned to tiers based on lifetime points earned:

Bronze: 0 points — $5 off $50+ orders; free 60ml sample bottle
Silver: 500 points — free shipping; free 60ml sample bottle; 10% off entire order
Gold: 1,500 points — all Silver benefits plus $25 off entire order

Tier status is evaluated based on cumulative points earned. We reserve the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and structure at any time.

5. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for the following rewards:

$5 off a single product (250 points)
Free 60ml sample bottle (350 points)
Free shipping (500 points)
10% off entire order (500 points)
$10 gift card (500 points)
$20 gift card (1,000 points)
$25 off entire order (1,000 points)
$55 gift card (2,500 points)

Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Minimum order requirements may apply to certain rewards. Rewards may have expiration dates as specified at the time of redemption.

6. Referral Program

Members may refer new customers using their unique referral link. The referring Member and the new customer will each receive a reward upon the new customer's first qualifying purchase. Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or abuse of the referral system will result in forfeiture of points and may result in account termination. Anti-fraud measures are in place to detect abuse.

7. Birthday Rewards

To receive a birthday reward, Members must add their date of birth to their loyalty profile at least 30 days before their birthday. Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year and expire 30 days after issuance. We are not responsible for missed birthday rewards due to incomplete profile information.

8. Expiration & Forfeiture

Gift card rewards expire as specified at redemption (6–12 months depending on value)
Tier rewards expire 90 days from issuance
Points do not expire while your account remains active
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may have points forfeited
Points are forfeited immediately upon account termination for abuse or fraud

9. Program Modifications & Termination

Tastefully Olive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or website posting. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Upon Program termination, Members will have 90 days to redeem outstanding points.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member account that we determine, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the Program. Forfeited points will not be reinstated.

11. Privacy

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy at tastefullyolive.com/policies/privacy-policy. We collect and use your information to operate the Program, including sharing necessary data with Joy Loyalty (our program provider).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
