Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Tastefully Olive Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, add after baking
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together Blood Orange Oil, honey, and vanilla. Pour over oats and stir.
- Spread in a single even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake 22–25 minutes, stirring once at the halfway point, until golden.
- Cool completely without stirring — this builds the clusters.
- Stir in dried cranberries. Store in an airtight jar up to 2 weeks.
