Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Tastefully Olive Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, add after baking

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together Blood Orange Oil, honey, and vanilla. Pour over oats and stir.
  4. Spread in a single even layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake 22–25 minutes, stirring once at the halfway point, until golden.
  6. Cool completely without stirring — this builds the clusters.
  7. Stir in dried cranberries. Store in an airtight jar up to 2 weeks.
